Jessie Balderrama

Jessie Balderrama

Jessie was born in Texas to parents with strong musical and artistic influences. His mother, an evangelical Christian with Jewish/Messianic heritage, raised him in the teachings of the Lord.

He pursued studies in music theory and composition at a Texas college while gaining experience as a studio musician and performer. After sensing his calling from the Lord, Jessie spent twelve years as a worship leader at Vino Nuevo in Juarez, Mexico, and served congregations across the southern Texas borderland and various states in Mexico through missions work. Before joining Beth Yeshua, he led worship for three years at Beth Israel Messianic Synagogue in El Paso, Texas. His devotion to using music as a means of praising Adonai inspired him to teach a variety of instruments to generations of students within the body of Messiah, preparing them for worship ministry. Jessie and his wife Lisa relocated with their son and daughter to Florida in response to their call to serve.
